For Support Coordinators
Support That’s Easy to Work With
A Calm Option for the People You Support
We know how much you hold. You’re doing the follow-ups, answering the calls, and trying to find places that feel safe. Not just safe - but easy, warm, and calm. This is that kind of place.
This is for people who need STA, respite, MTA - or just time to settle.

A Space That Already Feels Like Home
When your participant walks in, they have flowers, pictures, books, and games - they have everything you need in the apartment to make them feel like they’re at home.
The space is ready. It feels like someone thought it through. They don’t need to tidy or decorate. It’s already comfy.
Support That Fits Their Day
They can bring their own support worker. Or we can join their support team. The goal here is that by having that support worker, they have that care coming to them, in their space.
Support coordinators are taken care of by us maintaining the property and making sure that their participants get the support of our onsite 24/7 support.

STA, MTA and Respite Options
Some people come for 3 days. Others stay longer. Some are waiting on funding. Some are in-between places. If they feel good here, and it’s the right fit, we can talk about what’s next.
Matching the Right Place to the Right Person

It takes time to match people to places. You’ll get asked about the small things - upstairs or ground level? Busy or quiet? Who’s nearby? What helps your participant feel comfortable?
You’re not just booking a stay. You’re giving someone something they can look forward to.
When Things Don’t Go to Plan
Support workers need rest too. We’ve got people nearby. We can help out, even if it’s last minute. Someone might cancel. Someone might get overwhelmed. It’s okay.
You might even get a visit from the local cockatoos, just coming onto your balcony. We don’t expect perfection. Just real.
